Our goal at You Can Learn Series is to bring you informative information on multiple subjects. We have plans in the near future to produce tutorials on You Can Learn SQL, You Can Learn Weight Training, You Can Learn Gardening, and You Can Learn C#.

Our Desire is to give you a tutorial on the subject you want information about in a step by step format. You will have the opportunity to see the steps as they are presented, and be given the code so you can test the steps you have learned.

Ken

Ken has a bachelors degree in computer science and has been programming for nine years. He started his programming career in Pascal and Borland C++.

Since then he has programmed in PowerBuilder, Visual C++, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, FoxPro, Visual Basic, MSSQL, and Oracle. He has won employee of the quarter awards at two companies for Customer Service and Programming.

Ken has been an athlete his entire life with a personal best in the Chicago Marathon of 2 hours and 57 minutes finishing 245th out of 8000 starters. He currently walks 16 miles a week and weight lifts 3 to 4 days per week. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is working on his Microsoft Certified Application Developer certification.

Mary

Mary has a bachelors degree in Biology. She worked as a Chemist for ten years and then switched to the Computer Industry.

She has been programming for five years. Mary has a background in Powerbuilder, Visual Basic, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, MSSQL, and Oracle. She is an expert in writing stored procedures for either database.

Rates -- Simple sites without a database -- $100 an hour US.
Rates -- Web Site with a database backend -- $250 an hour US.
All business will have a written contract before any work begins.
