Directories that Pass Page Rank

Are you struggling to increase your page rank? The experts tell you to exchange links with relevant companies. They tell you to add your website to directories. But do you notice after taking these steps, that your future page rank isn't changing? If you check for backlinks, there is no change.

How do you know who to link with? Are you being scammed? I don't know the exact answer to this question, but I do know that there are some companies that pass their page rank and show up on your list when you check for websites that link with you.

This article will list the directories that I have found to be good at actually having Google robots crawl their sites and show up on the list of companies that link with me. Some of these I have sent money to be included in their list and others have added me for free without the need to exchange a link with them. Others have asked for an exchanged link and I have complied with that request.

I hope to maintain this list and make it grow over the next few months as I get more information. I realize that it takes some companies longer to post new listings than others and maybe they don't get crawled by the robots as often as other directories.

Be sure and follow their instructions when applying to their directory.

I hope this list proves useful to you. I currently have 6 other directories where I recently submitted my website. If their sites show up when I Google:
link: www.youcanlearnseries.com, then I will add them to this list.

The thing to remember when following this process is to always be patient. On the web when trying to increase page rank, things don't happen at light speed. It takes time for publishers to add your listing and then it takes additional time for the robots to search the site and to add your link to their database. You are even going to experience situations where one Google server has crawled a directory, but the other servers haven't crawled the directory with your new listing. Eventually, they will all be on the same page.
