The Emerald Gold Euonymous is a varigated evergreen,
that works well in shade or sunshine. What we have found is the Emerald
Gold Euonymous grows slower in shade and probably isn't as rich in color as it
could be if planted where it would receive more sun. But the plant is fun
to watch all year round as it's colors change from green to pinkish leaves as
the season progresses from spring to winter.
