It is easy to do really. You just
tell yourself that you can do it. Then replace the desire for food with a
positive habit. Hungry? Go for a walk. Desire candy? Have a bowl of fruit.
Stressed outand need comfort food? Walk outside for 5 minutes and take control
of your thoughts and feelings.
Everything in your life you want, you have to make a conscious decision to do
what needs to be done to achieve what you want. Sometimes it is easy, sometimes
you have to be courageous. You have to break down the barriers that have held
you back and to go forward one step at a time.
Today, right now, begin to accept yourself as a good eater. A healthy eater. A
person who exercises.
For me, it was a good day. I exercised a little. I walked four miles. For
breakfast, I ate 2 servings of instant grits, 1 scrambled egg, 1 tablespoon of
butter, 8 ounces of milk and 8 ounces of orange juice.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich and an apple with a glass of water.
There were two candy bars, how did that happen?
Dinner was leftovers. Roast beef, gravy and 3 slices of bread. I also enjoyed a
serving of broccoli. Then we enjoyed the Waldorf salad.
Today, try to eat the good foods and do a little exercising. Good luck today
