Imagine if you took one hour of TV
time and transferred that to one hour of study time. Or one time of exercise
time. Or one hour of special time with your children. How would that change
your life? Could extra study time translate into a promotion down the road?
Could you eliminate some extra fat, if you took an hour of exercise daily? It
doesn't take much time to turn TV time to life changing time.
For breakfast, I ate 2 servings of instant grits, 1 scrambled egg, 1 tablespoon
of butter, 8 ounces of milk and 8 ounces of orange juice.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich with a glass of water.
Dinner was Roast beef, gravy and mashed potatoes. I also enjoyed a serving of
broccoli. Plus, we had a Waldorf salad. There was no dessert or extra snacking
after dinner.
Today, try to eat the good foods and do a little exercising. Good luck today
