Eating wise, I did okay. Started
the morning with grits, scrambled egg, no butter, milk, and orange juice. Lunch
was a sandwich of sliced turkey, Colby Jack cheese, green beans and water.
Then for dinner, we went to a friend's house and had a wonderful dinner. We had
pasta, cornish hens, salmon, a wonderful turtle cheesecake, some delicious
appetisers and a beer like drink from Smirnof. The conversation was delightful.
We saw some friends we hadn't seen in years and it was a totally terrific
Because I exercised and ate right during the day, the extra food I had at
dinner didn't upset me. Remember the goal. Learn to eat right so you don't have
to diet every year.
No candy today and no snacking during the day. An excellent day. I hope you
