I had a normal breakfast. Two servings of Instant Grits. A scrambled egg, a
tablespoon of butter, 8 ounces of orange juice and a 6 ounce glass of milk.
Lunch was 2 slices of bread, mayo, bologna, Colby Jack cheese, and then a mix
of cheeses and sausage, leftover from the Superbowl party. Dinner was one bowl
of chili, oyster crackers, a glass of water and a few handfulls of M&M's. It
would have been a good day if not for the candy.
Tomorrow is fat Tuesday and then for me the Roman Catholic lenten season
