This was just a day to clean the
house and do some other house chores. It wasn't an especially perfect eating
day, but I did okay. Spent some time writing a couple of articles for the
website.
So there was no exercising and just decent eating. For breakfast I had 1
scrambled egg, 2 servings of instant grits, a tablespoon of butter, 6 ounces of
milk and 8 ounces of orange juice. The milk was 2% milk.
Lunch was a bologna sandwich, two slices of bread, mayo, and a serving of
potato chips. For supper we had tv type dinners. I had a mashed potato and
meatloaf meal, plus a macaroni meal,
