Day 20 on Weight Loss Challenge

This was just a day to clean the house and do some other house chores. It wasn't an especially perfect eating day, but I did okay. Spent some time writing a couple of articles for the website.

So there was no exercising and just decent eating. For breakfast I had 1 scrambled egg, 2 servings of instant grits, a tablespoon of butter, 6 ounces of milk and 8 ounces of orange juice. The milk was 2% milk.

Lunch was a bologna sandwich, two slices of bread, mayo, and a serving of potato chips. For supper we had tv type dinners. I had a mashed potato and meatloaf meal, plus a macaroni meal,
both from Michelinas. Total calories of 500 calories. Not a bad total for supper.

Oh yeah, there was one blip. Mary made some banana bread. Now the bread by itself isn't too big of a problem. But, when you slather it in butter. Then the calorie count skyrockets. The walnuts in it probably aren't low in calories either.

So the savings I thought I had at supper, were blown away by the banana bread. No exercise, diminished any hope for a negative weight day.
