Breakfast started with one egg
scrambled, 2 servings of Instant Grits with butter and 6 ounces of milk. I had
8 ounces of orange juice with my breakfast. Lunch was great. 2 peanut butter
and banana sandwiches, just like Elvis used to eat. Then 2 servings of veggies
and I was done. Supper included a Healthy Choice dinner with all of 330
calories. I drank water with the meal and had 1 tablespoon of butter on top of
the veggies that came with the meal.
When you have a good day you just ooze with enthusiasm. You can have those same
feelings tomorrow. Just take one day and eat right. Eat the foods you know you
should eat and can eat. Replace potato chips with vegetables, sugar water (pop)
with just water, and then stay away from the sweets.
Nice and simple you can do it. If you haven't started yet, then start right
now. Make the right decision for tomorrow. The old one day at a time mantra.
