For breakfast I had two packages
of Instant Grits, an 8 ounce glass of orange juice, one scrambled egg, 1
tablespoon of butter and 6 ounces of 2% milk.
For lunch today I had a homemade roast beef sandwich on two slices of white
bread. I added a tablespoon of mayonaise (Miracle Whip). I heated up two
servings of green beans and drank water. Ran some errands today, so I didn't
have a chance to do any walking. That was okay as sometimes you need time to
rest. The body can't exercise everyday, or at least not the same exercise. You
need to do different things and some days take completely off and not do any
exercise and not feel guilty about it.
For dinner I had 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, could have eaten only one. Then
one serving of potato chips and a couple of pieces of candy. Then I drank
water. Not bad overall. I figure if I have less than 1000 calories or so at
supper I am doing okay.
This was an okay day, I could have done better, but I am satisfied. I hope you
