I was wandering around the internet on Friday and I saw an affiliate link for
DealDotCom. I had never heard of DealDotCom so I took the time to check them
out. I want to say there appears to be potential to earn some hard cash from
this opportunity.
Plus, it appears you can save a ton of money on some sweet eBooks, WordPress
Plugins, video compression software and other fine products. The interesting
thing is you are only presented with this outstanding deal for one day. One
day, one deal, excellent products at fantastic prices. This company also has an
affiliate program that can bring extra cash your way.
What is DealDotCom?
But, I am getting ahead of myself. I did want to know about this DealDotCom
thing. I think what interested me was the advertisement for eCover Pro on
January 25, 2008. I am in the process of writing my own eBook dealing with
loads of fun stuff for internet marketers and newbies to the world of making
money on the internet.
So, I see this ad for eCover Pro and I think it might meet a need I had. I
click on the link and I am taken to
DealDotCom. I look at their business model for a few moments and
decide that it might be something I should try.
Their business model is rather interesting. I don't think they create any
products themselves. But, for internet marketers looking for a place to get
exposure DealDotCom could prove useful. As a marketer with a real cool product
you can submit your product to DealDotCom. They even say,
"We're always on the lookout for high-quality internet marketing/online
business related products and services to sell here at DealDotCom. Does your
product deserve to be a featured deal of the day here on DDC? There's only one
way to find out! Also, note the name of this website - DealDotCom... the
operative word here being DEAL. Whatever you're selling through us must be an
actual DEAL."
But they have certain restrictions that I won't bore you with at this point.
You can feel free to find out what those restrictions are yourself. They have a
handy little flowchart you can follow to learn the product approval process.
An Internet marketer submits a product to DealDotCom. We have already
established that the deal is sweet. You are getting something at a terrific
bargain. Something you want and need but you have always balked at the price.
Have you ever said, "If the price for that product was $19 then I would buy

So, you can see why I am so excited. There is definitely great opportunity. I
obviously haven't been involved with them long enough to show you the $5,000
check I earned from them. In fact, I just put up my widget just today. You can
see it in the right tool bar. You know what is really cool about that widget? I
was the geeky programmer dude that made it.
It was pretty simple really. I won't go into the details here other than to
say, it is a web user control, reading the rssfeed from DealDotCom and then

My Fun Weekend
That was the fun stuff I have been doing over the weekend. My wife hasn't seen
